You have not yet registered for Bill Pay. Before you can use Bill Pay on the Mobile Banking app, you must complete the Bill Pay application through Online Banking.
How to Fix It
- Visit our website using a desktop computer or the internet app on your mobile device.
- Log in to your account with your username and password.
- Select Bill Pay.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and follow the prompts to complete the application.
The registration process usually takes 2-3 business days to complete.
