Why can't I see or change the address for a payee on Bill Pay? It says On File.

What it means when a Bill Pay payee's address is On File

If a payee’s address shows as On File that means that company has already provided Floridacentral's Bill Pay service with the preferred payment address and phone number, so you will not need to enter it manually. 

If there are any changes to the address information, the company will contact our Bill Pay directly to update it; you will not need to do anything.
