This line is available 24/7. A representative in our Cards Services department will mark the card as lost or stolen immediately and check for any unauthorized charges.
When you request a new debit card and PIN, it generally takes 7-10 business days for you to receive your new card by mail. If you need it sooner, ask the Member Service Representative for alternative delivery options.
