Why can’t I accept the Online Banking and Mobile App Terms of Use when logging in online?
What to do when you cannot accept the Terms of Use
What Happens
You are presented with the Online Banking and Mobile App Terms of Use when logging into Online Banking or the Mobile Banking app, but you cannot click the button to Accept them.
Solution
You must scroll through the Terms of Use before you can accept them. After you have scrolled all the way to the bottom, the accept button will change color to indicate that it can be selected.
